This beach is located in the vibrant and exciting city of Santa Monica, a favorite visiting place for tourist and locals as well.
Santa Monica beach is located 8 miles North of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) with easy access from the 10 and 405 freeways, making it convenient for vacationers, international travelers, and tourist to find a nice hotel, restaurants, bars, fun, beach, sightseeing, and shopping, all in one place.

Santa Monica Beach is 3.5 miles of sandy coastline, where everybody can enjoy a beautiful day at the beach. All activities are
done right here, from swimming, bugyboard, build sand castle, play volleyball or simply work in getting a beautiful golden tan. If you prefer to do others activities then there is a 22 miles beach bike path where you can ride you bike, roller blade or do your walking or running exercise.The Santa Monica Pier makes the beach an unforgettable and fun experience for kids and adults. Here you will find a beautiful antique carousel with horses and chariots, in a National Historic Landmark called “The Santa Monica Looff Hippodrome”.
At the pier you will find one of the favorite attractions for the family the amusement park with the unique world’s solar powered ferryswheel, Roller coaster and 12 other fun rides and carnival games that kids and adults will enjoy.
Santa Monica Beach has been in pictures too. The area has been the stage for the filming of several famous movies and TV series as well, like three’s company, Baywatch, and other movies that I will mention in my blog.
Bordering on the North site with Malibu (where movies star and famous people have their place) and Venice on the South side (another exiting and artistic beach that we will visit later for a view of the variety of fun and sunny beaches that you can go in Southern California).
